Broadstone Christian Nursery employs highly qualified and experienced staff who are passionate, enthusiastic and caring about the work they do with children.
Each member of staff is a fully trained First Aider.
Each staff member is a Key person, a very important role. They are responsible for a small group of children to help them feel safe, secure and cared for when at nursery.
It involves the key person responding appropriately to children's feelings and behaviours as well as meet emotional needs by giving reassurance ie. when separating from parents as they come into nursery. The child's key person also supports the child's physical needs with toilet training and dressing.
The child's key person is the person who builds a relationship with the parents/carers and is the main point of contact.
